Abstract

วันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2550 ศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุข 38 สำนักอนามัย กรุงเทพมหานคร ได้รับแจ้งจากครูอนามัยโรงเรียนเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งว่า มีเด็กป่วยด้วยโรคมือเท้าปาก และได้ประสานไปยังฝ่ายระบาดวิทยา กองควบคุมโรค สำนักอนามัยว่า พบการระบาของโรคมือเท้าปากในโรงเรียน โดขมีผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับรายงานเรียนอยู่ในเขตดุสิต กทม. ทีม SRRT จึงได้ดำเนินการออกสอบสวนโรคในวันที่ 2 - 12 พฤศจิกายน 2550
โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อยืนยันกรวินิฉัยและการระบาดของโรค ค้นหาผู้ป่วยเพิ่มเติม ศึกษาปัจจัยเสี่ยงของการระบาด ควบคุม และป้องกันโรค
ศึกษาระบาดวิทยาเชิงพรรณนาโดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับแจ้ง ยืนยันกรวินิจฉัยและการระบาดของโรค ค้นหาผู้ป่วยเพิ่มเติมในโรงเรียนภายหลังจากกำหนดนิยามผู้ป่วยโรคมือเท้าปาก โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ครูประจำชั้น สอบถามผู้ปกครอง ตรวจร่างกายเด็ก นักเรียน และส่งตัวอย่างตรวจยืนขันทางห้องปฏิบัติการ ศึกษาการกระจายของโรคด้านบุคคล เวลา สภาพแวคล้อม และสถานที่
