Abstract

The Department of Disease Control receives reports of important events, diseases, and health threats under the Event-based surveillance program from the public health network as follows:

Domestic situation

1. Clustered respiratory infections in prisons in Udon Thani Province

2. Lead or lead compounds, 2 incidents in Samut Prakan and Ratchaburi Provinces

3. Risk assessment of Adverse events following immunization (AEFI)

International situation

Japan has raised its avian influenza alert level to the highest level.
