The Department of Disease Control receives reports of important events, diseases, and health threats under Event-based surveillance program from the public health network as follows:
Domestic situation
1. Two incidents of Mpox clade Ib
2. Three suspected incidents of Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS)
3. Disease and threat situation raised to alert mode for avian influenza (H5N1) in humans
4. Risk assessment of leptospirosis outbreak in flood-affected areas during September 2025
