Abstract

The Department of Disease Control receives reports of important events, diseases, and health threats under Event-based surveillance program from the public health network as follows:

Domestic situation

1. Influenza clusters: 7 events from 6 provinces
2. Disease and threat situation raised to alert mode for Vaccine-Derived Poliovirus in border areas (Thailand-Laos)
3. Risk assessment of influenza outbreaks during September-November 2025

International situation
Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
