Abstract

The Department of Disease Control receives reports of important events, diseases, and health threats under the Event-based surveillance program from the public health network as follows:

Domestic situation

1. Seven clusters of respiratory illness in prisons
2. Suspected food poisoning cluster at an educational institution in Maha Sarakham Province
3. Risk assessment of illness clusters in prisons

International Situation

Outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in Japan
