Abstract

The Department of Disease Control receives reports of important events, diseases, and health threats under the Event-based surveillance program from the public health network as follows:

Domestic situation

1. Rabies in animals: Four events in Kalasin Province.
2. Risk assessment of rabies in humans during March–April 2026.
3. Varicella cluster in an educational institution in Pathum Thani Province.
4. Varicella situation in Thailand.

International Situation

Measles outbreak in the United States.
