The Department of Disease Control receives reports of important events, diseases, and health threats under the Event-based surveillance program from the public health network as follows:
Domestic situation
1. Two COVID-19 cluster outbreaks were reported in correctional facilities in Lopburi Province.
2. A cluster of venomous jellyfish injuries, including one fatality, was reported in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
3. Risk assessment of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) transmission in crowded settings and mass gathering events
International Situation
The Democratic Republic of the Congo has strengthened outbreak control measures in response to Ebola virus disease (EVD).
