ชื่อวารสาร: วารสารการพยาบาลและสุขภาพชุมชน สมาคมศิษย์เก่าวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ขอนแก่น
ชื่อภาษาอังกฤษ: BCNKK Alumni Journal of Nursing and Community Health

วารสารนี้จัดทำโดยสมาคมศิษย์เก่าวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ขอนแก่น เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการด้านการพยาบาล การส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ระบบสุขภาพชุมชน การศึกษาพยาบาล นวัตกรรมทางสุขภาพ และผลงานวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติ (R2R) โดยมุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างนักวิชาการ นักวิจัย และผู้ปฏิบัติงานทางสุขภาพ เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการและการศึกษาพยาบาลอย่างยั่งยืน

 

🩷 2. Aims & Scope

วารสารรับบทความทางวิชาการและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพยาบาลและสุขภาพในมิติต่าง ๆ ได้แก่

ประเภทบทความที่เปิดรับได้แก่ บทความวิจัย (Research Article), บทความวิชาการ (Academic Article), และบทความปฏิบัติการหรือนวัตกรรม (Practical / R2R / Innovation Article) ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ

วารสารมีกำหนดออกปีละ 3 ฉบับ ได้แก่

1.    มกราคม–เมษายน

2.    พฤษภาคม–สิงหาคม

3.    กันยายน–ธันวาคม

💚 4. Peer Review Policy

วารสารใช้ระบบ Double-Blind Peer Review โดยมีผู้ประเมินบทความอย่างน้อย 2–3 ท่านในแต่ละเรื่อง เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพเชิงวิชาการ ความถูกต้องของระเบียบวิธีวิจัย ความชัดเจนในการนำเสนอ และคุณค่าทางวิชาชีพ หากผลการประเมินมีความเห็นต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ บรรณาธิการอาจแต่งตั้งผู้ประเมินเพิ่มเติมเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินขั้นสุดท้าย

 

💜 5. Publication Ethics

วารสารดำเนินงานตามหลักจริยธรรมการตีพิมพ์ (Publication Ethics) ตามแนวทางของ COPE ครอบคลุมความรับผิดชอบของบรรณาธิการ ผู้ประเมิน และผู้นิพนธ์ โดยเน้นการรักษาความโปร่งใส ความเป็นกลาง และการป้องกันการคัดลอกผลงาน หากพบว่าบทความละเมิดจริยธรรมทางวิชาการ วารสารสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเพิกถอนบทความ (Retraction) และประกาศต่อสาธารณะ

 

💛 6. Submission Guidelines

ผู้นิพนธ์ต้องยืนยันว่าผลงานไม่เคยตีพิมพ์มาก่อน และไม่ได้อยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาในวารสารอื่น
บทความต้องเป็นไฟล์ Word ความยาวไม่เกิน 12 หน้า ตัวอักษร TH Sarabun New หรือ PSK ขนาด 16 pt
บทคัดย่อไม่เกิน 300 คำ และต้องมีทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
การอ้างอิงใช้รูปแบบ Vancouver Style
ส่งบทความผ่านระบบ ThaiJO เท่านั้น โดยไม่อนุญาตให้ submission ใหม่ซ้ำเมื่อแก้ไข

Journal Title: BCNKK Alumni Journal of Nursing and Community Health
Published by the Alumni Association of Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Khon Kaen, this journal aims to disseminate academic and research works in the fields of nursing, health promotion, community health systems, nursing education, health innovation, and practice-based research (R2R). The journal provides a platform for the exchange of knowledge among academics, researchers, and healthcare professionals to foster sustainable development in nursing and health services.

 

🩷 2. Aims & Scope

The BCNKK Alumni Journal of Nursing and Community Health publishes scholarly works related to nursing and health in diverse dimensions, including:

Article types: Research Articles, Academic Articles, and Practical / R2R / Innovation Articles in both Thai and English.
The journal is published three times per year:

1.    January–April

2.    May–August

3.    September–December

The editorial board operates under international academic standards following COPE and TCI guidelines.

 

💚 4. Peer Review Policy

The journal employs a Double-Blind Peer Review process. Each submitted manuscript is reviewed by at least two to three qualified experts in relevant disciplines. Reviewers assess academic quality, research methodology, clarity of presentation, and professional or innovative value. If reviewer opinions differ significantly, an additional reviewer may be appointed to support the final editorial decision.
All reviews are conducted objectively and confidentially in accordance with ethical publishing standards.

 

💜 5. Publication Ethics

The journal strictly adheres to the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Guidelines based on the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Editors, reviewers, and authors share responsibility for maintaining transparency, fairness, and integrity throughout the publication process.
Authors must ensure their submissions are original works not previously published or under review elsewhere. Research involving human participants or living organisms must have prior approval from an accredited ethics committee, with the approval number clearly stated.
All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. Articles exceeding the acceptable threshold (20–30%) or found to violate academic ethics are subject to rejection or retraction.

 

💛 6. Submission Guidelines

Authors must confirm that their manuscripts have never been published or submitted elsewhere.
Manuscripts must be submitted as a Word document, no longer than 12 pages (A4) in TH Sarabun New or PSK, 16-point font size.
Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and must be provided in both Thai and English.
References must follow the Vancouver Style.
Submissions are accepted only through the ThaiJO online system. Revised versions must be uploaded in the “Discussion/Revision” section within the same submission, not resubmitted as a new entry.
