Abstract

Hodgkin lymphoma patients with age less than 20 years have more than 90% of 10-year survival rate. Late side effects from the treatment are increasingly detected because of their long-term survival. Therefore, the aim of treating pediatric Hodgkin lymphoma is to minimize late side effects by reduction of radiation dose and volume, risk-adapted treatment, response-adapted treatment, and sophisticated radiotherapy techniques.
