ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันวัณโรคของผู้สัมผัสร่วมบ้าน กับผู้ป่วยวัณโรค อำเภอชะอวด จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional survey) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ด้านการป้องกันวัณโรค และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันวัณโรค รวมทั้งปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันวัณโรคของผู้สัมผัสร่วมบ้านกับผู้ป่วยวัณโรค อำเภอชะอวด จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 203 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการรับรู้รายด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง ได้แก่ การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อวัณโรค การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของวัณโรค การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการป้องกันวัณโรค การรับรู้อุปสรรคของการป้องกันวัณโรค (ร้อยละ 86.21, 70.94, 90.15 และ 60.10 ตามลำดับ) และมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันวัณโรคโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 81.28) และพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันวัณโรคอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ได้แก่ การรับรู้ด้านการป้องกันวัณโรคโดยรวม การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อวัณโรค การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของวัณโรค การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการป้องกันวัณโรค และการรับรู้อุปสรรคของการป้องกันวัณโรค (r = 0.594, 0.472, 0.375, 0.536 และ 0.291 ตามลำดับ) ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการพัฒนานโยบาย มาตรการ หรือแนวทางปฏิบัติในการเฝ้าระวัง ป้องกัน และควบคุมวัณโรค
