สรุปสาระสำคัญ

  • โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสอาร์เอสวี (Respiratory Syncytial Virus: RSV) เป็นสาเหตุหลักของการติดเชื้อระบบทางเดินหายใจส่วนล่าง เช่น หลอดลมฝอยอักเสบ และปอดอักเสบ โดยเฉพาะในเด็กเล็กอายุต่ำกว่า 2 ปี ผู้สูงอายุ และผู้มีโรคประจำตัว โดยมักพบผู้ป่วยเพิ่มสูงขึ้นในช่วงฤดูฝนต่อเนื่องถึงต้นฤดูหนาว ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคมถึงพฤศจิกายนของทุกปี
  • สถานการณ์ในประเทศไทย ปี พ.ศ. 2569 (ข้อมูล ณ วันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2569) มีรายงานผู้ป่วยสะสม 5,683 ราย อัตราป่วย 8.63 ต่อประชากรแสนคน ไม่มีรายงานผู้เสียชีวิต กลุ่มอายุ 0–4 ปี พบอัตราป่วยสูงสุด เท่ากับ 171.59 ต่อประชากรแสนคน รองลงมา คือ 5–9 ปี (14.87) และ 60 ปีขึ้นไป (2.32) โดยเป็นผู้ป่วยที่ต้องเข้ารับการรักษาเป็นผู้ป่วยใน (IPD) ร้อยละ 39.86 ปัจจุบันจำนวนผู้ป่วยมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นและกำลังเข้าสู่ช่วงฤดูกาลที่พบผู้ป่วยสูงของประเทศไทย โดยจากรูปแบบการระบาดในปีก่อน คาดว่าจำนวนผู้ป่วยอาจเพิ่มขึ้นต่อเนื่องในช่วงเดือนกันยายน–ตุลาคม 2569
  • หน่วยงานสาธารณสุขและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรเสริมสร้างระบบเฝ้าระวัง แจ้งเตือน และสื่อสารความเสี่ยง เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมรองรับสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสอาร์เอสวีได้อย่างทันท่วงที ขณะเดียวกัน ประชาชนควรหลีกเลี่ยงการสัมผัสใกล้ชิดกับผู้ที่มีอาการทางเดินหายใจ รักษาสุขอนามัยส่วนบุคคล สวมหน้ากากอนามัย และปฏิบัติตามมาตรการและคำแนะนำของหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขอย่างเคร่งครัด
