• To support the improvement of educational quality, health service delivery, and health system development.
• To promote scholarly work produced by alumni, health professionals, academic personnel, and professional networks at local and national levels.
• To cover key areas including community and primary care nursing, noncommunicable diseases, palliative care, nursing education and simulation laboratories, healthcare quality, and patient safety.

All manuscripts are reviewed by at least three qualified peer reviewers. The review process maintains strict confidentiality, impartiality, and academic independence. The journal applies a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both the authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the evaluation process.
