บทคัดย่อ

             การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการนอนหลับและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพการนอนหลับของผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับบริการคลินิกเบาหวานและความดันโลหิตสูง ศูนย์สุขภาพชุมชนเมืองสุขเกษม โรงพยาบาลสกลนคร ในช่วงเดือนกรกฎาคม-สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2568 จำนวน 270 คน  เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพการนอนด้วยสถิติถดถอยพหุโลจิสติกส์ กำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

            ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 270 คน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 64.4 อายุเฉลี่ย 58.91 58.91±10.68 ปี โรคประจำตัวส่วนใหญ่คือโรคความดันโลหิตสูง เบาหวาน ไขมันในเลือดสูง กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคุณภาพการนอนหลับที่ไม่ดีจำนวน 166 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 61.5 ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพการนอนหลับที่ไม่ดีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ  ได้แก่ การสูบบุหรี่ (adjusted OR = 4.17,95%CI = 1.091-15.932 ,p = 0.037) การตื่นขึ้นมาปัสสาวะกลางคืน (adjusted OR = 1.85, 95%CI = 1.085-3.178, p = 0.024) ภาวะซึมเศร้า (adjusted OR = 3.34, 95%CI = 1.271-8.769, p = 0.014) และภาวะเครียด (adjusted OR = 2.11,95%CI = 1.198-3.718 , p = 0.010)

            สรุปผลการศึกษาผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังมีส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพการนอนหลับที่ไม่ดี จึงควรมีการคัดกรองและการส่งเสริมสุขภาพในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยมีคุณภาพการนอนที่ดี
