ผลของการใช้โปรแกรมการคัดแยกประเภทผู้ป่วยตามแนวทาง MOPH ED Triage งานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินและนิติเวช โรงพยาบาลเมืองปาน จังหวัดลำปาง

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-Experimental Research) ชนิดหนึ่งกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลัง (One group pretest -posttest design) เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการคัดแยกประเภทผู้ป่วย ตามแนวทางการคัดแยกผู้ป่วยโดยใช้ระบบคัดแยก 5 ระดับ (MOPH ED. Triage) ต่อการคัดแยกประเภทผู้ป่วย เปรียบเทียบความถูกต้องของการคัดแยกประเภทผู้ป่วย ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรม และศึกษา ความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการใช้แนวทางการคัดแยกประเภทผู้ป่วยตามแนวทาง MOPH ED Triage Guideline งานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินและนิติเวช โรงพยาบาลเมืองปาน จังหวัดลำปาง กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ งานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินและนิติเวช จำนวน 11 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ โปรแกรมแนวทาง การคัดแยกประเภทผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉิน โดยใช้ MOPH ED Triage Guideline เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกการเก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล แบบบันทึกผลลัพธ์การคัดแยกระดับ ความฉุกเฉิน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลผู้ปฏิบัติงาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ เชิงพรรณนาและ Chi-square test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มีการคัดแยกระดับความรุนแรงผู้ป่วยถูกต้องเพิ่มขึ้นจากร้อยละ 89.10 เป็นร้อยละ 94.80 การคัดแยกที่ไม่ถูกต้องจากเดิมร้อยละ 10.90 ลดลงเหลือร้อยละ 5.20 แยกเป็นการคัดแยกที่สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ ร้อยละ 3.60 จากเดิมร้อยละ 8.00 และต่ำกวาเกณฑ ร้อยละ 1.60 จากเดิมร้อยละ 2.90 เมื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (χ2=8.962, df=1, p=0.011) และความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการใช้โปรแกรมการคัดแยกประเภทผู้ป่วยตามแนวทาง MOPH ED TRIAGE มีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (Mean=4.82, S.D=0.45)สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ว่า โปรแกรมการคัดแยกประเภทผู้ป่วยตามแนวทาง MOPH ED Triage หน่วยงานสามารถนำไปใช้ในการประเมินคัดแยกประเภทผู้ป่วยตามระดับความฉุกเฉินได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งผลให้การช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยในภาวะวิกฤตและฉุกเฉินมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
