สรุปสาระสำคัญ
- โรคไม่ติดต่อ (NCDs) เป็นสาเหตุการเสียชีวิตอันดับหนึ่งของประชากรไทย
- โรคหลอดเลือดสมองมีอัตราการเสียชีวิตสูงสุดเมื่อเทียบกับโรคอื่นในกลุ่ม และมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ผู้เสียชีวิตด้วย 5 โรคหลักโรคไม่ติดต่อ ปี พ.ศ. 2563–2567 (โรคหลอดเลือดสมอง หัวใจขาดเลือด เบาหวาน ความดันโลหิตสูง และระบบทางเดินหายใจเรื้อรัง) มีจำนวนเฉลี่ยปีละ 107,590 ราย หรือประมาณวันละ 295 ราย
- อัตราการเสียชีวิตสูงที่สุดในเพศชาย กลุ่มประชากรอายุ 70 ปีขึ้นไป
- เขตสุขภาพที่ 3 พบอัตราการเสียชีวิตด้วย 5 โรคหลักโรคไม่ติดต่อสูงที่สุด
- จังหวัดปัตตานี ชัยนาท และพิษณุโลก เป็นจังหวัดที่มีอัตราการเสียชีวิตสูงสุดเมื่อปรับฐานอายุต่อแสนประชากร
