Flowchart of the Manuscript Submission Process

Manuscript Submission and Review Process
Journal of Medicine, Nursing and Public Health Research (JMNPR)
Overview
Authors are required to submit manuscripts through the ThaiJO online submission system. All submissions undergo an editorial screening and a double-blind peer review process prior to publication.
Submission Steps
Step 1: Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts by uploading files through the online system at:
https://he05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jmnpr
All required information must be completed in the system, following Steps 1–5 of the submission process.
Step 2: Initial Editorial Screening
The Editorial Board conducts a preliminary assessment of the submitted manuscript within 15 days to evaluate its scope, completeness, and compliance with the journal’s policies.
If the manuscript does not meet the criteria, it will be rejected.
If the manuscript passes the initial screening, it will be forwarded to peer reviewers.
Step 3: Peer Review Assignment
Once reviewers accept the invitation, they are given up to 30 days to evaluate the manuscript and provide comments and recommendations.
Step 4: Editorial Decision Based on Peer Review
After receiving all reviewer reports, the Editorial Board evaluates the peer review outcomes within 7–14 days and makes a decision.
Step 5: Revision Request
The Editorial Office returns the manuscript along with reviewers’ comments to the author via the system.
Authors are required to revise and resubmit the manuscript within 14 days.
Step 6: Acceptance Notification
Once the revised manuscript meets all requirements, the Editorial Office issues an official acceptance for publication, with confirmation documents uploaded to the system.
Step 7: Author Revision (Final Version)
Authors are required to revise the manuscript in accordance with the reviewers’ comments and resubmit the revised manuscript through the journal’s online submission system within 15 days from the date the decision is issued in the system.

Step 8: Author Proof

Authors must review and return the proof within 3–5 working days.
Step 9: Publication and Dissemination
After receiving the approved author proof, the Editorial Office proceeds with final publication and online dissemination.
