Update of Manuscript Preparation Templates and Writing Guidance

The Journal of Medicine, Nursing and Public Health Research (JMNPR) has updated its Manuscript Preparation Templates and Writing Guidance to improve clarity, consistency, and alignment with the reporting structure of each article type.

This update covers the journal’s manuscript templates and author guidance for different article types. It also includes the introduction of a dedicated Systematic Review Article Template and additional Research and Development (R&D) Writing Guidance under the Original Article category. The R&D guidance provides further recommendations on presenting the R&D process, reporting the methodology for each phase, and presenting results consistently with the research process.

Authors are encouraged to use the latest versions of the templates and guidance when preparing manuscripts for submission to JMNPR.

Effective from 20 September 2026.

For manuscripts currently under editorial or peer-review consideration, the Editorial Office may request appropriate formatting revisions during the manuscript revision process to align with the current guidance.
