Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Article has not been previously published and is not currently under review for publication in another journal (if applicable, please clarify in the cover letter to the editor). Authors must attach the completed and signed Author Declaration Form (Originality, AI Use, and Conflict of Interest Disclosure). The form can be downloaded from the Author Guidelines, Section 6.
  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format only. The page size must be set to A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) with portrait orientation. Standard page margins (Normal) of 2.54 cm (1 inch) must be applied to the top, bottom, left, and right sides consistently throughout the entire document.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The manuscript text must be formatted with single line spacing and use the TH SarabunPSK font at 15-point size. Tables should use a 14-point font, or 12-point font in cases with multiple columns. Figures, illustrations, and tables must be placed within the main text at appropriate positions and should not be separated or moved to the end of the manuscript.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Generative AI Use Declaration (Required): If authors use generative artificial intelligence (Generative AI) or AI-powered tools in the manuscript writing process, the use of such technology must be limited to improving language clarity, correcting grammar, or formatting text only. It must not be used to generate data, research findings, conclusions, or academic content on behalf of the author. Authors must personally review and verify the accuracy of all AI-assisted text, and remain fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the entire manuscript. Authors must disclose their use of AI (tool name, developer, version, and purpose of use) by stating this at the end of the manuscript, before the references section, as specified in the Template.

The journal may assign a cover image for each article. The image may be derived from the article or selected/designed by the editorial team to represent the content conceptually. All images will comply with copyright regulations and will not misrepresent research findings.

The journal does not charge any publication fees for both internal and external authors in celebration of the 110th Anniversary of Thungsong Hospital.

Copyright Notice

Authors publishing with the journal must agree to the following conditions:
1. Upon submission, authors agree to relinquish certain rights to control the dissemination of their work in accordance with the journal’s policies.
2. Once the article is accepted for publication, authors agree to transfer the copyright of the article to the journal, including the rights to reproduce, distribute, and publish the article through all channels, such as books, journals, websites, or other online platforms.
3. Authors retain the right to use their work for academic purposes, such as teaching, including in theses or sharing on non-commercial platforms.
4. The journal publishes articles under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which allows others to share the article on websites or other media, provided proper credit is given to the original authors, but does not permit adaptation or commercial use.
5. Authors confirm that they have obtained all necessary permissions to use third-party materials, such as images or graphics, and have provided appropriate credit.
